While Phil talks about WHO supports him, Steve talks about what he proposes to DO in Sacramento
Although I have donated (twice I think) to the Angelides campaign, I have become increasingly aware that while Phil seems to be focusing on WHO supports him (i.e., on party and labor constituencies), Westly seems to be offering a number of policy proposals on education, the environment, crime, etc.
This concerns me, since I know that Westly apparently has more financial resources and potential for connecting with individuals who are more likely to relate to ideas and proposals than to party loyalty.
If Phil does get the party's endorsement, I certainly hope he will begin to make more overtures to the public in terms of WHAT he proposes to do rather than WHO supports him.
Thank you for listening and passing these thoughts along to the candidate.

Each delegate at the convention will cast a vote to determine which candidate receives the California Democratic Party's nomination. We must make sure Phil gets a strong majority of delegate votes . . .
